A: Our school has a long and storied history, starting at the turn of the 20th century! We have successfully welcomed graduating registered nurses through our hallowed halls for nearly 120 years.
Q: How do I apply
A: You may visit our Application section for an online or PDF print version. There is a non-refundable deposit that you must pay. Additional paperwork includes an Evaluation and Disclosure form.

Q: What credential is awarded upon graduation?
A: You are awarded an RN Diploma, with 30 credits transferable toward a BSN degree.
Q: What are my options for full and part time study?
A: We offer a full-time, daylight program. We do not offer a part-time study.
Q: Is financial aid available?
A: Yes, the Ohio Valley Hospital School of Nursing offers Full Tuition scholarships, VA Educational Benefits and also accept federal and state funding, (if eligible), after completion of the FAFSA. The School’s Financial Aid Advisor also provides assistance with Federal Direct Loan and alternative (private) loan borrowing.
Q: Do you help with job placement?
A: No, but our final semester offers resume-writing reviews as well as mock interviews to assist in each student’s job-search success!
