Occupational Medicine
OVGH’s Occupational Medicine program, BusinessFit, is devoted to helping businesses improve productivity through better prevention and management of work-related injuries. Our physicians are board certified in Occupational Medicine and can perform certain services on site.
Primary Injury Care
We treat non-emergency injuries that occur in the workplace setting, such as cuts and bruises, injuries from falls or lifting, abrasions of, or foreign bodies in, the eyes. With experienced physicians and all of the resources of Ohio Valley General Hospital at our disposal, we get personnel back to work quickly, cost effectively, and–most importantly–with the best possible medical outcome.
Physical Therapy
Our board certified therapists provide specialized treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, pain and functional limitations, and orthopedic and upper extremity issues.

Board certified physicians at BusinessFit perform a variety of physical examinations related to employment, including:
