Relax in our living room by the fireplace or challenge your grandchildren in an invigorating bowling match on the WII. Our "3-Dimensional Focus" is our mission to improve the quality of life for our employees, residents and their families. First, we seek to improve the quality of life for our employees because they are at the center of everything we do. With on-going training for our staff and orientation for families, each sees themselves as an important aspect of the care team and relationships are fostered between staff, residents and families. As a result, the outcome is an environment characterized by solid relationships and a sense of vitality, where family and friends will enjoy participating.
In addition, we offer our unique "Personal Touch Program". This provides residents with daily, one on one interaction and attention by a dedicated management team member during the first month at our community. During this time, our residents not only learn about our services and get to know our staff, but are also introduced to new friends and neighbors.

Living Independently at The Willow Heights is just that - living independently without all the hassles of home ownership and all the benefits of an active community. Our residents enjoy the freedom and independence to be as dynamic or relaxed as they wish with comfort and security, chef prepared meals, reserved parking or transportation by our bus. Our Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes provide residents with privacy, independence and the added security of our emergency call system. The Assisted Living at The Residence at Willow Lane provides all of the comforts of home along with an active social life and the security in knowing that professional assistance is available, if needed, 24 hours a day. Our caring staff at Willow Lane manages the medication and nutritional needs of our residents, as well as providing housekeeping and laundry service in every apartment home. We also provide physician appointment services and transportation for doctor appointments and personal needs.
