Free parking is available in the hospitals many designated patient lots. A designated drop-off area for patients is located at the main entrance of the hospital. Also, our new and expanded Medical Office Building parking lot will ensure you have a parking spot while visiting Ohio Valley General Hospital.
Ohio Valley General Hospital will issue citations to those who violate parking and traffic regulations.;
Ohio Valley General Hospital offers a free van service to patients having difficulty securing transportation to our facilities and services. Call 412-777-6924 to make arrangements for this service. Learn more.

Any billing questions can be answered by contacting our financial counselors at 412-777-6130, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You may also contact the cashier’s office located on the first floor of the hospital at 412-777-6593.

Yes, Ohio Valley General Hospital offers a convenient patient pre registration system.
Here's How It Works:
- The patient or physician calls and schedules the appointment with the selected clinical area.
- Within 7 days prior to the appointment, a registrar will call the patient to pre-register.
- During the pre-registration call, the registrar will obtain and verify demographicinformation, insurance coverage, necessary authorization numbers, referrals and theprocedure(s) to be performed.
- On the day of the appointment, the patient reports directly to the clinical area and canskip the registration area.

Yes, OVGH offers payment plans for outstanding patient responsibilities as part of its Ohio Valley Cares Financial Assistance Program. Please call 412-777-6130 for more information on this program.
