This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all operational, administrative, and planning activities for Outpatient Surgery, Recovery Room, and Endoscopy. In addition, the Assistant Director is responsible to monitor for compliance of professional and regulatory standards, strategic planning, and foster collaborative relationships with units within the Hospital. The Assistant Director is required to have a 24 hour accountability of the OPSU/PACU and ENDO and will work with the Director to assist with direction and achievement of goals, processes, budget and patient satisfaction.
