Vice President, Marketing – Administration

This executive level position is responsible for Medical Staff Development, Marketing, Physician Practice Management, operational oversight for several ancillary departments and Office Buildings.  Incumbent must have relevant experience in a healthcare setting.  Bachelors degree required; Masters in Business or Healthcare Management preferred. 

 

Controller – Accounting

We are currently seeking an experienced Controller to oversee the financial records & accounts receivable functions for the Hospital.  The incumbent will also be responsible for overseeing reimbursement, capital expenditures, operating budgets, & the preparation of monthly financial statements.  Our ideal candidate will be a CPA & have a broad range of accounting exposure including revenue cycle & business office mgmt. & proven supervisory experience.  Incumbent must have healthcare accounting background including Medicare cost report and IRS form 990 completion experience.  Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required. 

 

Director, Quality and Customer Services – Nursing Services

This position will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, & delivering quality & customer service programs.  The candidate should possess dynamic, transformational leadership qualities & be able to synthesize evidence-based practice & theory to achieve outcomes.  Knowledge of lean methodology is desirable.  Must have an active RN license with a master’s degree in nursing or related degree required.  Proficiency in statistical analysis & computer applications including quantros, excel, powerpoint is highly recommended. 

 

Assistant Director – Surgical Services

This position is responsible for managing and coordinating all operational, administrative, and planning activities for Outpatient Surgery, Recovery Room, and Endoscopy. In addition, the Assistant Director is responsible to monitor for compliance of professional and regulatory standards, strategic planning, and foster collaborative relationships with units within the Hospital. The Assistant Director is required to have a 24 hour accountability of the OPSU/PACU and ENDO and will work with the Director to assist with direction and achievement of goals, processes, budget and patient satisfaction.  BSN preferred. Must have a strong knowledge of surgical services and previous management experience.

 

Clinical Manager – Institute for Pain Diagnostics and Care North

Full Time

This position will oversee and provide direct patient care, manage clinical staff, assure smooth flow of patients, and participate in process improvement activities within two office locations.  Must have strong oral and written communication skills, good computer skills, ability to lead and support staff, strong clinical skills, and an active RN license.  Previous management experience required; previous ambulatory experience preferred. 

 

Clinical Manager – Willow Brook Geropsychiatric Unit

Incumbent will be responsible to oversee and manage all clinical aspects of the unit.  Must have ability to maintain a calm and professional manner in all situations.  Background in psych is required.  Previous management experience preferred.

 

Speech Pathologist – Rehab Services

This position will be performing direct patient care duties including evaluation, planning & implementation of the treatment plan.  Incumbent must be able to perform tests including Modified Barium Swallows.  Masters degree in Speech Pathology required. 

 

Nurse Practitioner – Willow Brook Geropsychiatric Unit

Full Time

This position will be responsible for providing care in an inpatient unit.  Incumbent will work closely with all levels of staff.  This position will be Monday – Friday with rotating weekends.  Psychiatric training required. 

 

Physician Assistant – Inst. For Pain Diagnostic & Care

Full Time

Responsibilities will include coordinating care of patients in outpatient & inpatient settings and assisting in providing a continuity of care to a wide diversity of patients. We are interested in candidates who have a strong understanding of the musculoskeletal system especially the cervical & lumbar spine. The program has two locations with state of the art interventional suites. The ability to participate in an academic teaching environment is also available. This position will assess and evaluate relevant clinical data in patients.  Staff provides safe and thorough patient care including education.  Previous RN experience required.

This position will be responsible to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of patients seeking treatment.  Experience with sedation and procedural areas a plus.  Previous outpatient experience preferred.  Must have great customer service and communication skills.

  

LPN – Willow Brook Geropsychiatric Unit

Full Time

Staff will be responsible to provide care for elderly patients with behavioral health problem.  Must be calm and professional in all situations. 

 

Ultrasonographer – Radiology

Full Time

This position will perform general ultrasound including vascular studies.  Must be ARDMS certified; RVT/RVS certification strongly preferred.

 

Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory Services

Part Time; 48 hours per pay

This position is responsible for providing basic & advanced respiratory care services for pediatric, adult, & geriatric patients.  Must have current licensure.

 

Nursing Associate – Critical Care

Part Time

This position will take vital signs, assist with patient’s hygiene needs, positioning, perform accuchecks, transport patients, assist nurses as needed, and perform clerical duties including order entry.  One year hospital or long term care facility exp. as a nurse aide is preferred.

This position is responsible for cleaning patient and nonpatient areas.  Must be able to prioritize and be able to work independently.
