Director, Case Management / Clinical Documentation Specialist
Full Time
This position is responsible for the planning, mentoring, and directing of case management activities to ensure optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with external requirements.  In addition, this position is responsible to ensure appropriate physician documentation for any clinical condition or procedures to support the appropriate severity of illness, complexity of the care of the patient and expected risk of mortality.  Position requires knowledge of clinical documentation requirements, clinical conditions or procedures and DRG assignment.  Requires current PA RN license and a minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, previous case management experience and previous healthcare management experience.  Incumbent must have ability to obtain coding certification within 9 months of hire. 

Occupational Therapist – Willowbrook Geropsych
Full Time
This position will provide direct patient care including evaluation, care planning, and implementation of treatment within the scope of occupational therapy and consistent with the established standards of occupational therapy practice.  Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist or Masters prepared (MOT).  Geriatric experience is required.

Clinical Manager – Institute for Pain Diagnostics and Care North
Full Time
This position will oversee and provide direct patient care, manage clinical staff, assure smooth flow of patients, and participate in process improvement activities within two office locations.  Must have previous management experience, strong oral and written communication skills, good computer skills, ability to lead and support staff, strong clinical skills, and an active RN license. 

Clinical Manager – Wound Care Center

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all clinical activities within the Institute.  Duties will include: patient care, case management as needed, and management of clinical staff.  Incumbent must have strong organizational skills, computer database management skills, and an active RN license.  Previous ambulatory experience preferred.

Case Manager – Case Management
Full Time
This position is responsible for the coordination of the clinical and financial plan for targeted patient assignments; performs overall utilization management, discharge planning, care facilitation, and referral to other levels of care; and works with the multidisciplinary team and payors to facilitate clinical care and achievement of desired quality and financial outcomes.  Must have active RN license; BSN preferred.  Two year previous case management experience preferred.

Coder – Ohio Valley Health Centers

This position will be responsible for performing functions necessary for accurate CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding along with efficient manual and electronic claims processing for patient accounts.  Must be certified by the AAPC and be able to use electronic health record. 

Billing Representative – Ohio Valley Medical Services
Part Time; 32 hours per pay
This position will be responsible for performing functions necessary for accurate and efficient manual and electronic claims processing for patient accounts.  Will also be assisting as needed with physician billing, A/R, referrals and authorizations.  Previous experience in a general surgical practice and knowledge of electronic health records preferred.

Office Coordinator – Ohio Valley Medical Services
Full Time
This position is responsible for day-to-day oversight of office activities including staffing, scheduling, work assignment and communications.  Also responsible for performing functions necessary for the accurate and efficient manual and electronic claims processing for all patients account bills.  Previous experience in a general surgical practice and knowledge of electronic health records preferred.

Technologist Aide – Radiology
Full Time
This position will provide safe transportation of patients to and from Radiology services, assist in the file room, and
assist in the front office and scheduling when needed.  Must have strong customer service skills.

Phlebotomist – Laboratory
Casual
Incumbent will collect blood and other specimens from the patient; and process specimens for courier pickup by the reference Laboratory.

Aide – Environmental Services
Part Time
This position is responsible for cleaning patient and nonpatient areas.  Must be able to prioritize and be able to work independently.

Aide – Nutrition Services
Full Time & Part Time
This position will work in all areas including tray line, sanitation, slicer, salad prep, dish room, cafeteria, and serving and picking up patient trays.
