Nursing Associates – This position will take vital signs, assist with patient’s hygiene needs, positioning, perform accuchecks, transport patients, assist nurses as needed, and perform clerical duties including order entry. One year hospital or long term care facility exp. as a nurse aide is preferred.

Nurse Supervisor – Nursing Services (Part-Time) – The Nurse Supervisor assumes responsibilities for overall operations of the nursing units during the off hours. Works collaboratively with the Directors and key individuals, such as, charge nurses, admissions, registration and case management to assure quality and smooth integration of services throughout the continuum of care. Current license to practice registered nursing in Pennsylvania required. Two (2) or more years of nursing experience required. Prior Supervisor Experience preferred.

Medical Assistant – Pain Center (Full Time) – The Medical Assistant will perform clerical tasks in a physician office setting (Pain Center) under the direction of the Clinical Manager, Hospital management and physician(s). Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program or equivalent work experience required. Daylight 7:30 – 4pm.
Painter – Facilities Management (Full Time) – This position will perform routine spackling, painting, wall covering, wall covering repair, plaster repair, and minor repairs to carpet and vinyl floor coverings, as needed, to continuously upgrade the cosmetic appearance of the Hospital. Must have previous relevant experience.
Administrative Assistant – Pain Center (Part – Time)- The Administrative Assistant I is responsible for all clerical duties of the practice including but not limited to coordinating services, scheduling patients, insurance verification, physician billing, co-payment collection and deposit, volume data collection, maintaining par level of office supplies and forms, and maintenance of Medical Records. HS Diploma or equivalent required and knowledge of health care insurance.
Assistant Director – Case Management – The Assistant Director of Case Management assists in the planning, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of the department care management processes; reviews the data and development of action plans to improve the operations and functioning of the department; performs inpatient transfer arrangements to alternative levels of care; and serves as a role model and mentor to facilitate positive patient outcomes for the patient, family, and the community. Bachelor degree in nursing or other health related field required. Masters degree in health related field preferred. MSW licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania preferred. In lieu of MSW licensure, RN licensure preferred.5 years of clinical experience with 2 years management experience.
Surgical Tech – OR – (Full-time) –The Surgical Technician is responsible for assisting the surgical team with the multidisciplinary activities required to provide the highest standard of care for the perioperative patient. The Surgical Technician functions under the supervision of the RN and as a member of the OR team. Graduate from an approved School of Surgical Technology required. Certification in Surgical Technology preferred. Current CPR certification required.
Registration Clerk – Patient Access (Full-Time) – The Registration Clerk is responsible for timely and accurate registration. The Registration Clerk interviews patients for financial and demographic information that will ensure financial viability of the Hospital. High school diploma or equivalent required. Possess and/or achieve technical certification through national Patient Access Associates preferred. One (1) year experience in a medical office or hospital setting preferred. Knowledge of Insurance, typing/keyboarding, customer service skills, point-of-service collections experience preferred.
Payroll Coordinator – Accounting/Finance (Full-Time)- This position is responsible for processing bi-weekly multi-state payroll, maintain payroll records for tax reporting, oversee accounts payable and process appropriate invoices for payment, and prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
Education, experience & skills: Post secondary two or four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; Payroll Professional certification preferred; 5-7 years of experience complete in-house payroll processing; Prior experience with quarterly and annual payroll tax reporting and submission required; Kronos experience preferred.
Aides – Environmental Services (Full Time) -This position may work a rotating schedule to include evenings, weekends & holidays. Responsible for the cleanliness of Hospital (mop & buff, removal various trash, outside grounds work). Exp. preferred but not necessary.
Physician Billing Specialist – OVH Professional Services – Responsible for performing functions necessary for accurate and efficient manual and electronic claims processing for all patient accounts. Ability to assign accurate CPT-4, ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes. Must be able to use an electronic health record. Minimum 2 years billing and claims processing experience in a physician setting required.
Speech Pathologist – Rehabilitation Services (casual) – The Casual Speech Pathologist performs direct patient care activities including evaluation, planning, and implementation of a treatment plan to individuals who are communicatively impaired or have swallow disorders (must be able to perform modified barium swallow studies). Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology required. Current license in Speech Pathology in Pennsylvania required. ASHA certification and current membership required. One (1) year previous hospital experience required.
ECHO Tech – Cardiology (Casual) – Primarily responsible for performing transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms on the adult and geriatric patient. In addition, this technician is also responsible for performing other diagnostic cardiographic tests within the scope of care defined by the Hospital. Must be a registered ECHO Tech with two years acute care hospital experience.
Monitor Technician – IMC (Casual) – This position will perform continuous observation, interpretation and communication of cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients and provide patient care including vitals, glucose, and ADLs.
Rad Tech – Radiology (Casual & PT) – The Radiologic Technologist provides health care services while demonstrating the knowledge and skills necessary to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient. The Technologist exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited radiographic program required. ARRT or board eligible required. If board eligible, must be credentialed within one (1) year from hire date.
Respiratory Therapist – Sleep Lab – The Respiratory Therapist working in the Sleep Lab is responsible for performing and analyzing overnight polysomnograms and multiple sleep latency tests on adult and geriatric patients with a wide range of sleep disorders. The Therapist is also responsible for scheduling and obtaining appropriate referrals and insurance authorizations. High school diploma or equivalent required.
1. Graduate of AMA approved program (Associate degree) in respiratory care required.
2. Additional training at a recognized program for sleep medicine preferred.
3. Current PA respiratory care license required.
4. CRT certification required. RRT certification preferred.
5. R.PSG.T certification preferred.
6. BLS certification required within 30 days.
Receptionist – Radiology – (Part Time) – The Radiology Receptionist must perform a variety of clerical duties related to the patient and their Hospital records. The Receptionist must demonstrate guest relations in greeting, registering, and assisting in the preparation for examination specific to the patient’s age and need of the individual. Duties include both the operation of the front registration area and file room locations. HS diploma or equivalent required and prior medical related experience preferred.
